Check-Flop, this is an old post. Likely CZachary57 has already solved the problem. I don't feel there is a need to bleed out the injectors as mogas will get flushed out by the JP8.
To add to USMC3529's post though, make sure you are checking the fuel flow as well. From to pump to the fuel water separator you should be seeing almost half a 20oz being filled with 5-10 seconds of cranking (disconnect 54A so it doesn't start and suck air into the injector lines). This checks that the mechanical fuel pump is working properly.
