can we get some more back story on the problem? Try to unplug it and drive. we will figure this out with our combined mind-powers!

We fixed the problem on the truck we were havin an issue with, tiss and toss were hooked up backward :/ go figure. I was just lookin through the TM and was curious what this part does. It's in the maintenance TM on how to replace, but nothing in the troubleshooting will lead you to this. I was just curious about what it does and what it was for exactly.
