VEHICLE RECORD JACKETS

MY UNIT IS NEW ,STANDING UP, I WAS PUT IN CHARGE OF DISPATCH. MY QUESTION IS WHAT ARE ALL THE FORMS THAT GO IN VEHICLE RECORD JACKETS??? I HAVE THE 696D, SL-3 INVENTORY SHEETS AND PMCS SHEETS. AM I MISSING ANYTHING????????

Old post but answering. All information that used to be on the 696D goes into GCSS-MC in the installed base under notes. Weekly/monthly pmcs sheets should still be put into the record jacket along with SL-3 inventories.

Yes I was told to submit all of my SL4 deficiencies. I am unsure as to what is considered SL4 are is there an inventory sheet for them?

SL 4 is the components of end item (COEI) it can be found in the TM right before your BII pages. Essential it is the items attached to the vehicle; i.e bows, staves, stave corners, ladder, exhaust stack assembly and so on.
