I have had these for a long time so there may need to be some minor changes. I know a lot of TAM #'s change with the addition of armor and things but hopefully these might still save some time.

If someone's motivated enough to convert all this to PDF (not hard) and have each of those fields fillable with signature blocks (time consuming) then these would be great for use in GCSS. You can upload them into the SR and not have to worry about all the awesomness that is task creation.

WHAT!!!!!!???? If that is true, I did not learn it in my recent GCSS course I just got out of. Also, we have just began cutover where I am at and this would make life a lot easier if you could explain more about it and perhaps how to do it.

Anyone else who is reading this post and knows how to change these documents over to pdf that would be compatable with GCSS, please lend a helping hand so that we may all benefit from this dreadful changing of our ways.

It doesn't make it compatable with GCSS, you just have a page that has signatures that you can upload into the SR as a source document showing the work was completed.

oh, you were about to blow my mind... especially since there technology like this that a child can use, but we still have to put % signs in front of our searches for gcss. Should be able to write an ero and it can be scanned and transferred.... million dollar idea?

yeah, you can scan stuff into as well.

You can simply write what you did in a word doc, spell check it and paste it into the task notes for the PM and your digital signature will be associated to that note... then you can debrief your labor hours for the work done. Pretty simple once you do it a few times.

Post this question as a new topic so it will get more attention from the community. And leave it here as well for stragglers.
