Limited 3rd echelon maintenance authorization letter

I am currently trying to find the limited 3rd ech authorization letter to be able to perform maintenance on two of my D1158's with bad fuel injection pumps, if anyone has it would be a big help im stuck on I&I so my resources are very few and far between.

Echelons of Maintenance no longer apply, we now follow Levels of Maintenance. It states that as long as the shop has the tools, and the skillset required to preform the task It can be done.
