Gent's,
if anyone would like a copy of the word doc I created this pdf from so you can add information please let me know. Just keep in mind that if there is information that you feel is important enough to put into it, than it is probably important enough to show everyone else so please post it back onto here. Think about all the time consuming formats and spreadsheets that we all have used in the past and let's try to keep it simplified. Questions, comments and suggestions are always accepted and appreciated.

Ok MSgt,
This document is the best one that i have seen published. i must thank you for the time and effort that you put into making the rest of our lives in the Maintenance community so much eaiser. If this can be pushed/pulled to all of our Maintenance chiefs adn then sent along with the individual mechanic when they PCS/PCA it would make for a great way to track a Marines overall progress.

This is the kind of thing that helps us all so much. Please remember, everyone, to share the site with as many Marines as possible so we can all be on the same program and all have access to the same information. Great post!

I have a question about filling the T&Rs. I'm on the reserve side so I don't have lots of resources or know how to go about testing the Mastering of the skills listed for the 3521s..i.e "Perform maintenance on the cooling system on motor transport equipment", There's about 50 mechs in the section and I don't how to go about testing them. Do I give classes to them on such topics and are there any powerpoints that I can use. I hope I'm asking the right question and not confusing any of you
