Here is a basic turnover for Mods, Cal, and MIMMS sections of MT just change the data to fit your unit. it has all the items required per the MCO P4790.2C.

Heres another one my fsmoa inspector sugested. Keep in mind as you read through this one, the marine in this billet does not report to anyone but the mt cheif but no other billet falls under them.
